Your GiftRegistry360.com list will no longer be accessible after January 31, 2014. Please contact our customer service at (877)335-5252 or email email@example.com if you have any questions that are not addressed in the FAQs.
How long will I have access to my GiftRegistry360.com list?
You will have access to view your GiftRegistry360.com registry list until January 31, 2014 but you will no longer be able to add additional products using our tools (e.g. bookmarklet tool, catalog, and mobile app) as of November 18, 2013.
Like GiftRegistry360.com., our new registry profiles on The Knot now groups all your registry items from multiple stores onto a visually inspired list for easy management and sharing. We encourage you to visit TheKnot.com and check out your new registry profile.
Will my family and friends still be able to purchase gifts from my GiftRegistry360.com list? If so, for how long?
Yes. Your family and friends will still be able to view and purchase gifts through GiftRegistry360.com and mark an item as purchased as needed.
All links to your GiftRegistry360.com list that you have already shared with them (e.g. Wedding Website, Shower Invitation, Save the Dates) will be kept active until January 31, 2014.
I am getting married after January 2014. What should I do?
If your wedding is after January 2014, we encourage you to start sharing your new registry profile on TheKnot.com where all your registry items from multiple stores are grouped onto a visually inspired list for each management and sharing.
Please keep in mind that if you have any products you have added using the “Add from Anywhere” bookmarklet, “Add by Retailer/Category” catalog feature, or our mobile app, they will no longer be accessible as of January 31, 2014.
I am having trouble adding more products to my GiftRegistry360.com list.
As of Monday, November 18th, you are no longer able to add additional products to your GiftRegistry360.com list using our “Add from Anywhere” bookmarklet, “Add by Retailer/Category” catalog feature, or our mobile app.
To add more products to your registry, please visit the individual store websites and all updates will be reflected on your new registry profile on TheKnot.com.
Will I still be able to make edits to my GiftRegistry360 list?
You can continue to make product updates on the individual store websites and all updates will be reflected on your new registry profile on TheKnot.com.
If you do not currently have an online registry with a retailer, you will still be able to update quantities or delete products on GiftRegistry360.com until January 31, 2014.
How can I access my new registry profile on The Knot?
You can access your new and beautiful registry profile on TheKnot.com, by visiting “Manage My Registries” page .
What if I want to hide my registry list from search results?
Please contact our customer service to have your registry list hidden from search results. We can be reached by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or at (877) 335-5252.
