Gift Registry 360 is a registry service that allows a couple to put all the items they want to register for -- from multiple retailers -- onto one easy-to-manage List. Guests can view a couple's 360 List on GiftRegistry360.com, and then click right to the retailer's site to make the actual gift purchase.
Gift Registry 360 makes registering easy by allowing you to see your favorite products from the top retailers all in one place. Our product catalog focuses on the retailers that are most relevant to wedding registries, but if you don't see an item you really want, you can easily add it too by using our Add from Anywhere tool! All the items you choose will be added to one List, so it's easy for you to manage and your guests to shop.
Gift Registry 360 allows you to add items from any online store in the world. Our catalog features more than 200,000 products from top retailers including Macy's, Crate and Barrel, Target and The Home Depot. Plus, you can use our Add to Gift Registry 360 bookmark tool to add items from any online store.
It's absolutely free to sign up and create a 360 List. There is no additional charge for your guests to access and purchase a gift from your 360 List.
Any registries you've already created with another retailer will continue to remain on the retailer site and within the store. Our Link & Sync service allows you to merge your existing registries into a single list making it easier for you to manage and your guests to shop. Purchases and updates made via GR360.com will be updated on your retailer registry and vice versa. The following retailers are included in our Link & Sync service: Macy's, Williams-Sonoma, Crate and Barrel,and Target.For JCPenney, Bloomingdale's, Michael C. Fina, Kohl's, Sur La Table and Amazon.com, you can link your registry and view JCPenney, Bloomingdale's, Michael C. Fina, Kohl's, Sur La Table and Amazon.com items on your 360 list, however you will need to make all updates to JCPenney, Bloomingdale's, Michael C. Fina, Kohl's, Sur La Table and Amazon.com items on the JCPenney, Bloomingdale's, Michael C. Fina, Kohl's, Sur La Table and Amazon.com site.
With Gift Registry 360, you can create a registry and add items from any store in the world. However, your guests will purchase gifts for you directly from the stores included in your registry, so it is important to confirm the shipping policies of those stores to make sure they ship to your country.
In order to use our Link & Sync service, you must be a Gift Registry 360 member. After creating your membership, click on the Link & Sync Registries link in the site’s top navigation bar. As the page loads, we will automatically search for and display any existing registries you created with our retail partners (Macy's, Williams-Sonoma, Crate and Barrel, JCPenney, Bloomingdale's, Michael C. Fina, Kohl's, Sur La Table , Target and Amazon.com). If we are unable to find any possible matches, you can manually search for your existing registries using our search tool. After locating your registries, you can individually select which registries you want to link to your 360 list.
In order to sync a Target, Crate and Barrrel, Williams-Sonoma, JCPenney, Bloomingdale's, Michael C. Fina registry you will be asked to provide the email address and password used to access your registry on the retailer site. This is required by the retailer to authenticate that the registry belongs to you. After selecting the registries you want to Link & Sync, you will receive a log-in form for each registry. Upon successful authentication, you will receive confirmation that all your registry products have been linked to your 360 List. Once all your registries are linked, you will be taken to your 360 List to see all the items you added.

Log into GR360.com. Click on the “Edit My Account” link on your profile page. This will take you to your membership form where you can edit your account information including your event date or shipping address.
Yes, you don’t need to create a new membership with GR360. You can use your log-in credentials from TheKnot.com or WeddingChannel.com to sign into GiftRegistry360.com. You can also use your Gift Registry 360 log-in to sign into TheKnot.com or WeddingChannel.com.

Link & Sync
“Link & Sync” is to merge your retailer registry with your 360 List, so you can manage all your registries in one place. Once a registry is synced with your 360 List, updates made to these products via GR360.com will automatically be reflected on the respective retailer registry. Purchases or updates made on the retailer site or in-store will be reflected on your 360 List.
After signing up for Gift Registry 360, you will have an option to search for your existing registries with our retail partners. After locating your registries, you can choose to merge your existing registries with your 360 list. After merging your registry, you will see products from the retailer registries added to your 360 List. You will only be able to link & sync registries created with our retail partners. Once a registry is merged, updates made to these products on your 360 list will also be reflected on the respective retailer registry. Likewise, updates made to these products via the retailer site or in store will be reflected on your 360 list.
Additionally, you can click on the "Link & Sync Registries" button in the top or left navigation where you can search for your registries and merge them with your 360 list.
There are some products in our catalog that are considered non-registry products by the retailer. In these instances, the product cannot be added to your retailer registry.
Some of our retailer partners do not allow the registrant to update the purchased amount on their registry list. You should contact the retailer directly and request they update the received amount for you. Once it is updated on the retailer site, the update will sync up with your 360 List.
Visit the retailer site and make sure you are using the correct login and password information. Most retailers have a “forgot password” link. We recommend you use this to verify that you are submitting the correct log-in information. Or you can try to Link & Sync again at a later time. You can Link & Sync a registry at any time by clicking on the Link & Sync navigation item or by going directly to this page: http://giftregistry360.com/import.
If you don’t know your email address and password for the retailer registry, you should visit the retailer site for assistance. Most retailers have a “forgot password” link. Once you have the correct email and password, come back to GiftRegistry360.com, go to the Link & Sync Registries page, and try to merge your registry again.
To update or change your email address and/or password, you must do this on the retailer site.
Yes, you will be able to Link & Sync your retailer registries at any time by clicking the Link & Sync Registries link in the top navigation bar and searching for your list by name and event date.
If you have already Linked & Synced your retailer registry and you are not seeing updates reflected on your list, you can select the "REFRESH MY LIST" button at the top of your registry list.
You will only be able to merge existing registries created with our partners: Macy's, Crate and Barrel, Target, JCPenney, Bloomingdale's, Michael C. Fina, Kohl's, Sur La Table , Williams-Sonoma and Amazon.com.
It’s okay if you don't already have a registry, you can start one now! Shop our catalog of products from the top retailers and start adding your favorites to your 360 List.
When linking a Crate and Barrel registry, you will be shown a window which states "Redirecting to Crate and Barrel for authorization". You must wait approximately 15-45 seconds for the page on Crate and Barrel to load. Once it loads you will see a screen requesting you provide your Crate and Barrel email address and password. If you get an error message which states the password is incorrect, please use the "Forget Password" link.

If a product is unavailable on the retailer site you cannot add it to your 360 List. In most instances, the product is unavailable because the retailer has chosen to discontinue the product.
Adding items to your 360 List couldn’t be easier. Gift Registry 360 offers three different ways to add items to one single List: "Add by Retailer," "Add by Category," and "Add from Anywhere."

Add by Retailer: Start your 360 List by choosing one of our retail partners and select items from their extensive catalog. Choose as many items from as many retailers as you would like and they will all appear on one List.

Add by Category: Search our catalog of more than 200,000 products by categories, such as "Kitchen," "Dining," "Furniture," and others! You can view products from our partner retailers that fall under those specific categories. Register for as many items as you wish; they will all appear on one List.

Add from Anywhere: Looking to add an item that is not in our catalog? Simply click on the "Add to Gift Registry 360" bookmarking tool on your browser. A new pop-up window will prompt you to verify/personalize the details of the item you are adding. Then press "Add to My List" and the item you selected will be automatically added to your 360 List.

Purchases made via GR360.com - If a guest purchases a gift from your 360 list for an item that has been merged through Link & Sync, the item will be marked "purchased" within 24 hours after the transaction is complete. This includes items from Macy's, Crate and Barrel, Target, JCPenney, Bloomingdale's, Michael C. Fina, Kohl's, Sur La Table , Williams-Sonoma and Amazon.com.

Purchases made in-store WITH a Linked & Synced registry - If a guest purchases a gift in-store off a linked & synced registry your 360 List will be updated within 24 hours. This includes purchases made at Macy's, Crate and Barrel, Target, JCPenney, Bloomingdale's, Michael C. Fina, Kohl's, Sur La Table , Williams-Sonoma or Amazon.com.

Purchases made in-store WITHOUT a Linked & Synced registry - If a guest goes in-store to purchase an item off your 360 list that was added through our catalog and you do not have an in-store registry with that retailer, your 360 list will not be automatically updated. The guest should contact customer service for them to make the update.
You can manually refresh your registry list by selecting the "REFRESH MY LIST" button on the top of your registry list.
It will take approximately 24 hours for your 360 List to be updated after a purchase. Only purchases from the following partner retailers will be reflected: Macy's, Target, Williams-Sonoma, Crate and Barrel, JCPenney, Bloomingdale's, Michael C. To easily delete an item from your 360 List:
- Log on to your account.
- Click on "My 360 List".
- Locate the item you would like to delete.
- Click on "Edit this item".
- Click the "Delete" icon
To update an item on your 360 List:
- Log on to your account.
- Click on "My 360 List".
- Locate the item you would like to delete.
- Click on "Edit this item".
We automatically assign a generic product tag when you add an item to your 360 List (i.e. "Kitchen"), but you can easily move your registry items into different categories by modifying the product tags.
- Log on to your account.
- Click on "My 360 List".
- Locate the item you would like to delete.
- Click on "Edit this item".
- Remove or add other tags.
GIFT REGISTRY 360 ADD FROM ANYWHERE BOOKMARKING TOOL
Please note: Any user can download our Add from Anywhere Tool. However, you must be a logged-in Gift Registry 360 member in order to use the tool to add a product. If you're a Gift Registry 360 member and have not yet installed the "Add to Gift Registry 360" button, click on the "Add from Anywhere" link, which can be found on the homepage or under the Tools menu in the site’s top navigation bar. If you are using Firefox, drag the "Add to Gift Registry 360" link to your browser toolbar. If you are using Internet Explorer, right-click on the "Add to Gift Registry 360" link and select "Add to Favorites."
Yes, you can add items to your 360 List from any computer. If the "Add to Gift Registry 360" bookmarking tool is not installed on the browser you are using, you will need to download it prior to adding items.
- Click on the "Add from Anywhere" link under Tools in site's top navigation bar.
- Click on "Add from Anywhere" tab.
- Drag the "Add from Anywhere" Link to your browser if you are using Firefox or right-click on the link and "Add to Favorites" if you are using Internet Explorer.
If you are using Internet Explorer the button may be hidden in the Links toolbar. To unhide, go to View, select Toolbars and see if Links is unchecked. If it is unchecked, click on the word Links to check. Once the Links toolbar is checked, you should see the button in your browser. If you are still not seeing the button, it may be hidden on the right side of your browser. Look for two small arrows to the right of your browser by the name "Links" and drag it to the left side of the browser. The "Links" toolbar should now appear along with the Add to Gift Registry 360 button.
First double-check that you added the item from a retailer's product description page and that the item is still in stock. Please note: Adding items from a retailer's shopping cart often won’t show properly on the guest view of your 360 list. If you did add an item from a shopping cart, we highly recommend that you remove the item and add the item from the product description page. This will make it easier for your guests to purchase the gift.
To remove an item:
- Log on to your account.
- Click on "My 360 List".
- Locate the item you would like to delete.
- Click on "Edit this item".
- Click on "Delete".
Other reasons a link might not work properly is if you added items from a Flash site, or the retailer requires you to input personal information before reaching a product page (i.e., ZIP code, state, etc.). To ensure your guests will be able to easily view and purchase the item, we suggest you search for a similar product in our catalog.
When you add a product using our "Add from Anywhere" tool, you can select and change the product image by clicking on "Select from More Images" on the pop-up window. If you don’t like or see the image you want to feature, you can choose "Image Currently Not Available."
To fix or change a product image:
- Log on to your account.
- Click on "My 360 List".
- Locate the item you would like to update.
- Click on "Edit this item".
- Click on "Select from More Images".
- Select the image you would like.
- Save your changes.

Yes, you need to be a member to use the Gift Registry 360 app. You can sign-up online or via the app. Remember, you can also use your log-in from our sister sites, TheKnot.com or WeddingChannel.com, to activate your GR360 membership.

A UPC is a universal product code that consists of vertical bars and a12-digit item identifier that’s printed on most product packages. Using the UPC scanned our app can identify and provide a list of retailer’s who carry that product. Here’s what a UPC looks like:
You need to scan the UPC barcode found on the product or product packaging.
If you scanned a product, but are not getting any results please make sure you’re scanning the UPC barcode and not another barcode. The app might be having a hard time reading the barcode, so try manually looking up the product.

- Enter the numeric UPC and click search
If the app still doesn’t find the product, then you can manually add the product to your 360 List by entering in the product information.

Yes, any products added or updated via the app will be reflected on your 360 List. If you added a product from one of our retail partners, the product will also be added to your retailer registry.
Some retailers such as Crate & Barrel or Williams-Sonoma don’t use UPC information to track inventory. Since the app can only scan UPCs, you will need to manually add a product from these retailers to your 360 list.

STYLEBOARD
A Styleboard is a virtual canvas that allows you to drag and drop product images from the catalog to create a virtual room. By creating a Styleboard, you are able to see how products will look together before adding them to your 360 List. Items added to your Styleboard can easily be added to your 360 List.
- Click on "Create a Styleboard" from the Tools Menu in the top navigation bar.
- Select the room that you want to design using Styleboard and select a background color for your virtual canvas. You will then be taken to the virtual canvas page.
- You can start searching for products using our product catalog on the left side of the page.

- Once the image is on the canvas, you can click on the image and drag the corners to resize.
- You can move images to the front or back or delete by selecting the image and clicking on the edit buttons on the right-hand side of the canvas.
- You can add any product from our catalog to your Styleboard. First, log in or create a Gift Registry 360 membership.
- When you find a product in our catalog that you want to add to your Styleboard, click on the "Add to My Styleboard" tab on the product detail page or "Quick Add" overlay.
- Select which Styleboard you want to add the product to, populate the fields, and click "Add to My Styleboard." If you have not previously created a Styleboard, click on the "Create Styleboard" link within the product page.
- You can view your Styleboard from your homepage. The items you added will remain on top of the Styleboard page for you to drag and drop into the virtual canvas.
You can create an unlimited number of Styleboards. You can also add the same product to multiple Styleboards.
The Styleboard Gallery displays all Styleboards created by Gift Registry 360 users. Anyone can view Styleboards in the gallery; they do not need to be a Gift Registry 360 member. In order to create a Styleboard you will need to be a Gift Registry 360 member.
GUEST INFORMATION
Your guests will be able to filter your 360 List by price, retailer, category, priority, and brand.
When you add an item to your 360 List, a pop-up should appear asking for the price, quantity of the item, and additional optional fields. In the comments section you can add a note to your guests requesting a specific color or size. You can also tell your guests why you want the item or give them a special offer code. All comments will appear next to the item on your 360 List.
- Email - You can share a link to your 360 List by sending an email to your guests or posting a message to your Facebook profile. You can send an email by clicking on the "Share This" icon on the top of your 360 List manage page or by clicking on the "Send an Email" section of the homepage or Share Registry link under Tools in the top navigation bar or in the left-hand navigation bar. Additionally, a link to your 360 List will be accessible from the registry search tool on both WeddingChannel.com and TheKnot.com.
- Share It - You can click on the Share icon on the Registry List and Couples Search Results pages to share a link to the registry on social networking sites such as Facebook or Google.
- Announcement Cards - You can also send your guests online or printable announcement cards. Clicking on "Announcement Cards" from the homepage or under "Tools" in site navigation will take you to the page where you can create announcement cards. You will have the option to choose a design for your announcement cards. Choosing online will allow you to email the announcement cards to your guests. If you choose printable cards, you can print out the cards and share them with guests.
- Widget - On the "Share Registry" page, you have the option to download a widget to share your 360 List on several social networking sites such as Facebook or Google.
Yes, guests can view and purchase an item from your 360 List without having a Gift Registry 360 account. They will not need to log in to access your 360 List or purchase gifts.
Purchasing a gift from a 360 List is easy. GiftRegistry360.com is not a store; rather we are a registry service that allows couples to aggregate all the items they want to register for onto one list. As such, all transactions take place on the individual retailers’ sites. Once you find the item you want to purchase, click on "Buy It" and we will redirect you to the retailers' site to make the actual purchase. Once you purchase the item, you can close the window to continue shopping on GiftRegistry360.com.
Yes. To view the item, click on the "Buy It" button on the 360 List. You will be redirected to the retailer’s site to view and learn more about the item.(Note: please be sure that on your retailer registry account settings to enable/allow your registry to be view by guests if required by the individual retailer) When you are finished, close the window and you will be back on GiftRegistry360.com. The item will not be marked as "purchased" until a transaction is completed on the retailer’s website. (Please see "Updating a Registry with Purchase Status " for more information.)
No, you do not need to pay shipping more than once if your purchase includes multiple items from the same retailer. We recommend you add the items you want to purchase to the shopping cart as you find them. When you are done shopping at the retailer's website, check out and purchase all the items together. If you are purchasing multiple items from multiple retailers, you will need to make separate purchases and will be subject to multiple shipping fees.
Yes. Guests can select the quantity they would like to purchase on the retailer’s site.
All transactions take place on the individual retailer’s site and as such are subject to their return policy.
